Impermanence: Truth, Light

Its in the acceptance of the impermanent nature of life experience that we transcend the fear anticipation of death and loss. There is freedom in experiencing this moment as the only reality.

For example: You can only contemplate death from a state of living. The actuality of death is not a concept one can ponder after experiencing it. So either life continues on after death (and that is not death) or after death there is no experiencing or contemplation.

Therefor one should not waste time fearing death from a living state.
